Description

Phortail doesn't use a database to store the information but it uses text files which are easier to install. It's a very simple application that may be configured and administered online. Phortail offers all features of classic CMS : articles, news, forum, guestbook, tag-board (mini chat), links, downloads, slide show, polls, etc...
